    “Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day”

    So I had a bad day…or more like a bad week. I’ll be the first to admit I don’t like admitting when I’m feeling down. I’m more of a suffer in silence kind of girl; which doesn’t exactly help get out those negative emotions bubbling in me. Very recently I fell out of the habit of writing in a journal or practicing yoga to help release tension and I can definitely see what a difference it has made. A friend of mine started an Instagram page  about healing and it inspired me to dive into the gritty feelings I’d be avoiding. Because, as we all know, the only way out…
